An AI blueprint for your business.
First I sketch how work runs in your business today and where AI saves time. Then I build the automation, and you approve what goes live. Secure, and built to keep working. And your team learns to use AI well, too.

AI could help. But where do you start?
- Your team loses hours every week retyping, copy-pasting and answering emails that all look the same.
- Everyone talks about AI, but all you see are demos. Nothing that fits your business.
- You don't have time to test tools yourself, and you don't want an expensive experiment that goes nowhere.
- You wonder what happens to your customer data once it goes into an AI tool.
You don't need a fifty-slide AI strategy. You need one process that runs smoother next month.

From idea to working automation
We start small: first we draw up the process that eats the most time, then we build. After each step, you decide whether to continue.
-
AI quick scan
Together we walk through your daily processes, map how they run today and find where AI genuinely saves time, and where it doesn't.
You get: a short list of concrete opportunities, the expected time saved, and what each one costs to build.
We agree on the duration and format of the quick scan together.
-
Build and implement
I build the automation, connect it to the tools you already use and test it with your own data. It only goes live once it works.
You get: a working automation, with documentation and clear agreements on who manages what.
-
Support and training
I check that everything keeps running and adjust where needed. I also train your team to work with AI, in hands-on sessions using your own processes: how to use AI tools well and safely, and which company data should and shouldn't go into them.
You get: an automation that keeps running, and a team that knows what AI can do and uses it on its own, safely.
We agree on the format and length of the support together, to suit your team.
Where AI often saves time in a small business
These are examples, not client cases.
Time savings are cautious estimates and depend on your situation. In the quick scan, we make them concrete for your business.
Drafting quotes
- Today
- You dig up old quotes, adjust prices and retype everything.
- With AI
- A first draft is ready, based on the request and your price list. You check it and send it.
- Estimate
- Example estimate: up to half the time per quote.
Processing invoices and documents
- Today
- Someone copies data from invoices, purchase orders or forms into your accounting software or ERP.
- With AI
- The data is read and prepared automatically. A person approves it.
- Estimate
- Example estimate: a few hours less retyping per week.
Sorting and answering customer emails
- Today
- The shared inbox fills up and questions sit unanswered.
- With AI
- Emails are sorted by topic and urgency, with a suggested reply. You decide what goes out.
- Estimate
- Example estimate: faster replies, less time spent on standard questions.
Reporting
- Today
- Every month, pulling figures from different systems into Excel.
- With AI
- The report builds itself, with a short summary in plain language.
- Estimate
- Example estimate: from half a day to a quick review.
Internal knowledge assistant
- Today
- Colleagues keep asking the same questions, or search through folders full of procedures.
- With AI
- An assistant answers questions from your own documents and points to the source.
- Estimate
- Example estimate: fewer interruptions, faster onboarding for new colleagues.
Recognise one of these tasks? Or something else entirely?
Built by an engineer, not by hype.
I'm Max Boens, the person behind Kaimo: an engineer who builds things that keep working. I've worked as a DevOps engineer for 8 years. My job: making sure software runs reliably, stays secure and remains maintainable. Day and night.
Over the past few years I've watched AI move fast. I've also seen how often it goes wrong: a clever demo that stops working after three weeks, a tool nobody understands anymore, customer data ending up where it shouldn't. That's why I'm moving into AI engineering, with Kaimo as my own business.

My background is your advantage:
-
Reliable. I build automations with monitoring and alerts. If something breaks, you know.
-
Secure. Before building anything, I check which data goes where and who can access it.
-
Maintainable. Everything is documented. You're not locked in to me or to a single tool.
I work from Merelbeke for businesses across Flanders and Brussels.
Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
Priced to fit. The intro call is free. What the quick scan and the build cost depends on the process and the scope. After the free call, you get a clear quote up front, so you know what you’re signing up for.
Isn't my business too small for AI?
Usually not. In smaller teams, every hour of repetitive work weighs more. If AI won't pay off for you, I'll tell you honestly in the first call.
What happens to my data (GDPR)?
We look at privacy before we build anything. I check which data is processed, where it ends up and who can access it. Where your data is hosted, and whether a service uses it to train models, is something we look at together before choosing a tool. During support, your team also learns which data should and shouldn't go into an AI tool.
Which tools do you work with?
Wherever possible, with what you already have, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your accounting software. I pick the tool to fit your process, not the other way round.
Does my team need to be technical?
No. Your team works with the result, not the technology behind it. In step 3, they learn to run it on their own, and how to use AI tools safely in their daily work.
What if something breaks?
Every automation comes with monitoring and alerts, and where it matters, a person keeps the final say. During support, we agree on who follows up on what.
How does the intro call work?
You pick a time in my calendar. In 30 minutes, you tell me how your business runs and where time gets lost. I tell you honestly whether and where AI can help. No commitment.
One call. Then you know where to start.
In 30 minutes, tell me what work your team repeats every week. I'll tell you honestly whether AI can take it over, and what that takes.
